CORnWALL - ENGLAND

 RETREAT OVERVIEW

Host your wellness retreat experience in our magical ancient Oak Celtic Rainforest deep in the Cornish countryside. Our authentic enclave is an upland hill farm in the middle of Bodmin Moor developed by its custodians to understand how we can learn to work with the land, acting as guardians for its future while encouraging people to restore themselves within it in the present.

Set on a 1000 year mission to restore its natural environment, its owners are reintroducing exciting ecosystem engineers such as beavers, bison, wild boar, Eurasian wood cats and pine martens while respectfully supporting the wild growth of its flora and fauna. This is your chance to retreat with your crowd in one of the few temperate rainforests in the United Kingdom and fully immerse in nature profiting from the aromatic compounds that the oaks release, the unspoilt waters of Bedalder River and the clear sky of Cornwall to retreat and reconnect.

With ancient trees inhabiting the vast corners of the estate and its amazing green landscapes, from the moment you enter you are transported to a world of tranquillity, peace and breath-taking scenery that will set you on the wellness path for relaxation and empowerment. The endless locations at our retreat venue in Cornwall will ignite passion and creativity, whilst the large space and tranquility boosts mindfulness, leaving you feeling at peace yet reenergised.

Our amazing natural retreat venue for hire in Cornwall is set on the edge of 100 acres of temperate rainforest in the middle of Bodmin Moor, a granite moorland in north-eastern side of Cornwall. An ancient oak woodland, famous for its air-purifying lichens, alongside ancient flowing rivers which are pure enough to drink from and free for you to bathe in. Situated deep within one of the UK’s very few dark sky environments, so there is no light pollution or sounds from aircrafts being able to enjoy an abundance of stars and the calm and beautiful wilderness.

Its visionary owners have turned the family ancient land into a living laboratory where people can come to study the preventative and curative benefits of nature, whilst holding space for groups that want to experience it first hand proving the positive impact that nature offers to our bodies and minds, helping both this and future generations to understand the potential of its healing power.

This authentic Cornwall retreat venue in England is the perfect location to offer a retreat within nature and experience one of the most amazing living organisms in the United Kingdom to reconnect with nature and your inner self.
