HOME MADE PASTA COOKING EXPERIENCE
Learn how to prepare and stretch different pasta dough using water, flour and some with eggs. Once made, try your hand at making by 8 shapes of pasta, with your different dough. Master pastas such as tagliatelle, chitarrine, pappardelle. You will also learn how to prepare stuffed pasta like ravioli, tortellini, cappellacci, agnolotti and more regional pastas such as orecchiette. Then watch the chef as he prepares the regional sauces and ask all the questions you want!
HIKE, BIKE, SKI OR NORDIC WALKING AT THE SIBILINI MOUNTAINS
Thirty minutes away from the venue is the most incredible National park for all year round adventure and nature lovers. Join an english speaking guide born in the Sibilini mountains or rent the equipment and do it yourself, the options to hike, bike, ski or trek are endless.
DUE SORELLE BEACH - SAILING & APERITIVO
Enjoy a private sailing trip like no other paired with an aperitivo or two, where we take you one of Italy's best kept secret. Only accessible by boat, the famous Due Sorelle are two white rocks that proudly jut out from the crystal clear water and powder-white sandy, uncrowded beaches and is one of the symbols of Le Marche.
VIRGIN OLIVE OIL HARVEST TOUR
Visit our venue’s olive oil producer in time to collect some olives and press it into some homemade virgin olive oil. With over 40 olive oils coming from Le Marche, we will take you to one of the local producers, who continue to use traditional methods to this day. Olive harvesting time is between October & November so make sure you come at the right time to experience the traditional olive press & methods in action!
WINE TOUR
Experience a tiny hilltop village where only 5 small vineyards make the only Black Vernaccia in the land. See the grapes being picked, and being hung ready for Apassimenti festival the first and second weekend of November every year, and follow it up with some wine tasting of this award winning wine!
WATER SPORTS
With a plethora of water sporting options along the Adriatic coast, our venue manager can arrange a multitude of activities to tie into your holiday or retreat.
The variety is wide, including sailing, windsurfing, surfing, paddle-boarding, canoeing, diving, snorkeling and even paragliding. From the moment of booking your venue our venue manager will be at your disposal to help you book the equipment for you and your group or arrange private lessons if needed.
These are just a few options that we are presenting to you on top of the in-house activities such as the Spa, swimming pool, tennis, walks around our olive grove and the exclusive use of our indoor Yoga studio fully equipped even for aerial Yoga, and our outdoors Yoga platform. An incredible venue that lends itself for various retreat themes like writing retreats, cooking retreats, painting retreats and so on.
